Helpful Delivery Information
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier. If your tracking has not changed for a short time, your package may simply be moving between facilities.
Order Processing
Your order is received, reviewed, and prepared with care before it leaves our fulfillment center. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Carrier Scan
Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, tracking begins updating after the first scan. New tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear.
In Transit
Your package may move through several carrier facilities before arriving in your area. It is normal for tracking to pause between scans during transit.
Delivery
Your order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If anything looks incorrect, our customer care team is here to help.
